Membership
The Laurel County Historical Society offers two levels of membership to choose from: Annual and Lifetime. Both membership levels are tax deductible.
Establishing an annual or lifetime membership with the Laurel County Historical Society is a way to support the mission of the society and contribute to Laurel County’s deep-rooted history.
Regular members, for an annual fee of $25.00, will receive the society’s biannual publication, Branches of Laurel, and have digital access to the society’s previous newsletters and other exclusive select documents via the Members section of the website.
Lifetime (Gold) members, for a onetime payment of $500.00, will receive the society’s newsletter on a continual basis without the annual renewal and will have lifetime access to the society’s previous newsletters via the Member’s section. In addition, lifetime members are entitled to their choice of two of the society’s publications in a gift box.
Memberships are not refundable or transferable. Member benefits are for personal use and may not be refunded, resold, exchanged or transferred. We reserve the right to revoke the membership of anyone whose behavior dramatically or repeatedly violates these guidelines.
